Tucked away in a peaceful lane in the highly sought-after village of La Flotte on the Île de Ré, this authentic Rétais house offers a bright, warm setting.
Organized around a paved inner courtyard, the house features two distinct living areas, typical of old fishermen’s houses.

It includes:
• Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious dining area
• Comfortable living room with fireplace and a small office corner, opening onto the courtyard
• Two welcoming bedrooms:
- 1 double bed (140 cm)
- 2 single beds (90 cm), which can be joined or separated
• Bathroom with bathtub and shower
• Separate WC

Ideal location – La Flotte, Île de Ré:
• Port and market 3–5 minutes on foot
• Beaches, cycle paths, and shops in the immediate vicinity
• Parking very close by

Practical information
• Rate: €800 to €1,200 / week
• Minimum stay: 1 week. Arrival Saturday at 5:00 pm – Departure Saturday at 10:00 am
• Linen rental via Loclinge (bed, bath, and beach linen)
• Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €100
• Security deposit: €1,500
• Deposit: 30% at booking
• Balance due: 1 month before arrival
If the cleaning package is not ed, we kindly ask that the property be returned clean and tidy, in a condition similar to that on arrival. Otherwise, the cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
