This welcoming village house is situated in a very quiet residential area, close to shops (within 300m), the market, the port, and a 4-minute bike ride from Arnerault beach. Available for rent from May 1st to October 1st. Short stays of 4 nights or more, except in July and August. This property comprises a large living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto the courtyard, two large, bright bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a desk area, and one with two single beds (90 cm) that can be converted into a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)), a shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet. There is storage space for bicycles, surfboards, car trunks, etc. Four free parking areas are located nearby (350m, 500m, and 800m). You can leave your luggage or groceries in front of the house. The La Rochelle/La Flotte bus stop is 500m away. Direct rental from the owner. Management by a concierge service ensures personal contact and answers to all your questions during your stay! Ideally located. La Flotte is a pretty, lively village with a daily market and plenty of activities. The house is located a few minutes' walk from two coastal paths: one towards Saint Martin and the other towards Fort de la Prée near Rivedoux. Several beaches are easily and quickly accessible by bike, even with children: La Flotte, Saint Martin, Sainte Marie (a wild coast with miles of beach), and Rivedoux. From the beginning of July to the beginning of September, consider using an electric shuttle that runs between the different villages on the island.
