Open for rental from 1/05 to 01/10. Short stays from 3 nights except in July and August.
It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It consists of a large living room with integrated kitchen overlooking the courtyard, 2 large bright bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and office area and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds convertible into a large 180 x 200 bed), a shower room with toilet, and 1 separate toilet.
Possibility to store bicycles, surfboards, car trunk....
4 free parking lots nearby (350m, 500m and 800m). Parking in front of the house, not private and for short term.
La Rochelle/La Flotte bus stop 500m away.
Direct rental by owner. No key box but a concierge to prioritize human contact and answer all your questions during your stay!
Ideal location. La Flotte is a pretty, lively village with a daily market and plenty of entertainment.
The house is located a few minutes' walk from two coastal paths: one towards Saint Martin and the other towards Fort de la Prée near Rivedoux.
Several beaches are easy and quick to reach by bike with children: La Flotte, St Martin, Ste Marie (wild coast with miles of beach), Rivedoux
From early July to early September, an electric shuttle makes it easy to travel between the island's different villages while respecting the environment.
