The sleeping area accommodates four guests. It includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed. A separate shower room is also at your disposal. In addition, you will have a garden where you can relax – a rare asset in the heart of the village!

The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. This accommodation does not have a dedicated parking space. However, a parking permit will be provided, entitling you to free parking in the village center car parks.

- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/adult/night (maximum rate varies according to the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person Includes sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided. Beds made upon arrival.
Autumn-winter period: Electricity consumption will be charged extra at a flat rate of 20 euros per night.
Cancellation insurance is offered at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen events. The schedule detailing the cancellation conditions and refund terms can be provided upon request.
