Its beautiful garden and its charm will delight you.

You will find a fitted and functional kitchen as well as a living room where you can gather around the fireplace.

The sleeping area upstairs is made up of two large bedrooms each with a bathroom.
One bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, and one bedroom has two 80x200 cm single beds that can be joined into a 160x200 cm double bed.

Outside, you will enjoy a summer courtyard and a landscaped garden to gather around an outdoor meal and relax.

You can park your vehicle in the adjacent streets, a car park located a few meters from the house.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning: - Low season: €1,050/week - Mid-season: €1,250/week - High season: €1,800/week - Peak season: €2,000/week Weekend rental outside of school holidays (minimum 3 nights): - 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning - 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning Tourist tax not included: €4.51/night/adult (maximum rate - rate varies depending on the length of stay and the number of guests) Booking fee not included: €55 Optional linen rental not included: €38/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases Pillowcase, two bath towels per person, bath mat, and kitchen towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. Beach towels are not provided. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
