Description

Just steps from the port and the market, this 3-star apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Saint-Martin-de-Ré. Completely renovated in 2022 and facing southeast, it offers 80 square meters of living space. It features a large, bright living room with high ceilings and an open view. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: a first bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower and sink; a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double; and a second bathroom with a bathtub. A separate toilet is located upstairs. The entrance is through a spacious garage, ideal for storing bicycles (no vehicles). The garage also includes a shower room for rinsing off after the beach, a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The courtyard and garden offer a peaceful and private space with a small summer kitchen and refrigerator for your outdoor meals and drinks. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is done by the concierge (additional fee payable upon arrival).
