Description

A stone's throw from the port and the market, the 3-star apartment is ideally located in the heart of the historic town center of St Martin de Re. Renovated in 2022, facing southeast, it offers a surface area of 80 m2. It is bright and includes a large living room with high ceilings and unobstructed views. The sleeping area is laid out as follows: a first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom/shower. A second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. Finally, a second bathroom has a bathtub. Separate toilets are located upstairs. The entrance is through a spacious garage for easy storage of bicycles. The garage also includes a shower for returning from the beach and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine. The courtyard and garden offer a quiet, private space with a small sink and fridge for your aperitifs and meals outside.

Pets not allowed.

Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning carried out at the end of your stay by the concierge (flat rate to be paid upon arrival in addition).
