Description

A stone's throw from the port and the market, the Appart, class 3 stars, is ideally located in the heart of the historic town center of St Martin de Re.
Refurbished in 2022, facing south-east, it offers an area of 80 m2.
It is bright and includes a large living room with high ceilings and open views. The sleeping area is structured as follows: a first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has a private bathroom/shower. A second bedroom has two single beds that can make a double bed. Finally, a second bathroom offers a bathtub. Separate toilets upstairs. The entrance is via a spacious garage allowing easy storage of bicycles. The garage also includes a shower for returning from the beach and a separate toilet as well as a laundry area with washing machine. The courtyard and garden offer a quiet and private space.

Pets not allowed.

Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning carried out at the end of your stay by the concierge (fixed price to be paid on arrival in addition).
