In the heart of the fortified village of St Martin, our house has been classified 2 stars by the Tourist Office of Saint Martin de Re, which guarantees the quality and comfort of our accommodation.
The house of approximately 79 m2 and its enclosed garden of 150 m2 enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the village, between the church and the marina, a few meters from the shops and restaurants: you can do all your shopping on foot, the covered market being everything next door.

Tranquility and calm guaranteed, which greatly surprises holidaymakers who have noticed it!

The house consists of a kitchen with dining area, a shower room, a relaxation room with a small lounge and upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms more suitable for a family with children.

Lingerie separated from the house to avoid the noise of the washing machine.

Pretty flowery garden with covered terrace where you can store your bicycles and dry your clothes. This garden is entirely reserved for you but we sometimes go there to water the plants.
Barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol are at your disposal.
Our house is very simple but pretty, with everything you need to make your stay a success .

At your disposal: household products and basic necessities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee filters etc
For babies or small children, we provide you with a bed free of charge umbrella with small mattress, a high chair, a foot step and a baby potty.

Arrival and departure times are made according to holiday periods and remain flexible, especially outside school holiday periods.

Many walks are to be done by bike following the seaside, towards La Flotte and La Couarde, or by country lanes to go to the other small villages of the Ile de Re. (in September they are deflowered but you will find another charm to walk on the ramparts and in the narrow streets of our village)

For reasons of hygiene, animals are not accepted.

We are at your disposal for any information and to return your pleasant stay.
A seasonal rental contract and any information facilitating your arrival will be given to you when you book.
