Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in this charming house located in Le Clos des Charitains, a stone's throw from the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré and a 15-minute walk from the beach. The house features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room, ideal for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, you will find two large, bright bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed and the other with a 140cm single bed, as well as a shower room. The spaces are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in a simple and friendly atmosphere. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant courtyard with an olive tree, perfect for al fresco dining thanks to the plancha grill. A true haven of relaxation after a day at the beach or a stroll through the village streets. The house is also equipped with a television and a washing machine for added comfort during your stay. Two parking spaces are available, a real advantage given its proximity to the town center. Without Wi-Fi, this house is the ideal place to disconnect and fully enjoy the Ré Island lifestyle, with its markets, harbor, bike rides, and beaches.

The fireplace is not permitted for use during the rental period.
