Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. A swimming pool - inground - (420 x 290 cm) - will be delivered in April 2020.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A studio is available on request with an additional cost, it includes a kitchen, a room and a bathroom (see plan) .

A garage will allow you to store bicycles .

It is not possible to park cars on site (Public parking nearby: Nautical base, Parking Sainte Catherine) .

The price does not include rental for towels / bedsheets (which can be done by contacting la conciergerie d'Héloïse)

The house is very well equipped with 1 dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a barbecue, a fireplace (not visible in the photos), a television with Netflix access and internet. A swimming pool - inground and heated from May till September (420 x 290 cm) - will be delivered in April 2020.

Rooms are arranged as follows:
- Room 1: 1 double bed
- Room 2: 2 single beds (or 1 double bed)
- Room 3: 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) + 1 bunk bed
- Room 4 (studio rented separately): 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) + 1 sofa

From 1000 to 4200 € per week
