Welcome to Chai Claudette, a charming former winery meticulously renovated to offer modern comfort while retaining its authentic character. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Flotte, this unique vacation home can accommodate up to 6 people. You'll be charmed by its beautiful living room with exceptionally high ceilings, providing a bright and spacious space to relax. The comfortable living room features a flat-screen TV, ideal for evenings with family or friends. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and high-quality appliances, will be a real pleasure for cooking enthusiasts. Chai Claudette has three elegant and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for ensuring restful nights in hotel-quality bedding. With three modern bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. Among the three bedrooms, you will have two master suites equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), one on the ground floor, and one upstairs with a view overlooking the living space. The master suites are equipped, for one, with a double bed (160x200 cm), and, for the other, with two single beds (80x200 cm) which can be joined into a double bed (160x200 cm). The third bedroom upstairs is equipped with two bunk beds (90x190 cm).

Outside, the heated square swimming pool (from April to September depending on the weather) with a movable floor is ideal for swimming and for adjusting the depth according to your desires, in a paddling pool for the little ones or in a deeper pool (1.60 meters) for the older ones. The enclosed, tree-lined garden offers a peaceful and secure setting for children. The garden furniture and deckchairs are perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun. You can park your vehicle at the Clos Biret car park, located 200 meters from the winery (parking for one vehicle is included in the rental). We will be delighted to welcome you to our charming old winery in La Flotte and make your stay unforgettable. See you soon!

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning (see seasonal calendar on the last photo of the ad):
-Low season: 1,425 Euros/week
- Mid season: 1,925 Euros/week
- High season: 3,025 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,750 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros /night/adult (maximum rate varies depending on the length of stay and the number of vacationers)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Linen rental in Optional extra:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linens with pool towels.
