La Centrale de l'île de Ré offers this villa with a heated swimming pool located in La Flotte, near Clavette beach and its shops. The villa is comfortable and features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large living room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Parking is available for one vehicle on the property. Bicycles can also be parked in the enclosed courtyard. SINGLE LEVEL: A beautiful, bright living room opening onto the terrace with a splendid view of the swimming pool. Master bedroom 1: two single beds (80x190cm) pushed together. The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the pool water temperature, and cold weather decreases it.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering the Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and presentation of the Accommodation directly on site is included.
