The villa is comfortable and offers a fully equipped open kitchen as well as a large living room giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
Possibility of parking for a vehicle in the property.
It is also possible to park bicycles in the enclosed courtyard.

The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Re! The Ile de Re offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France.
Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long.
Passionate about history, summer and taste activities, art and decoration, we are happy to make you enjoy a quality stay in our house.
On your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good tips and our advice to discover the Ile de Re in the best conditions!
