The villa is comfortable and offers a fully equipped open kitchen as well as a large living room giving direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
Possibility of parking for a vehicle in the property.
It is also possible to park bicycles in the enclosed courtyard.

The heat pumps in our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective temperature of the water in our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the temperature of the pool water and a cold climate decreases the temperature of the pool water.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island 30 kilometers long.
