Description

It benefits from a privileged location, close to the village center and cycle paths. You will enjoy a pleasant sunny terrace and a quiet environment, perfect for a relaxing stay on the island. Doctor Malhe Beach is about 2 km away, easily accessible by bike or car. The house offers all the necessary comforts with a bright living/dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and private parking for one vehicle at the back of the garden. The driveway is shared with the second house on the property, but the parking remains entirely private. All on one level: Bright living room with lounge area and open-plan kitchen. Separate WC. Bedroom 1 (Master) with 1 double bed (140x200 cm). Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (90x180 cm). A bathroom with shower and sink. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island, 30 kilometers long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art, and decoration, we are delighted to offer you a quality stay in our home. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible way! The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside of the summer season. INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August). Key handover and a tour of the house on-site are included. Tourist tax is not included.
