WELCOME TO CLOS D'ARS EN RE!
In the heart of the village of Ars en Re, in a very quiet alley located between the port and the church square, our old house full of charm was completely restored in 2019 and decorated with care.
The favorite feature: the winery with stone walls, wooden cathedral ceiling, concrete floor and large bay window which opens widely onto the garden. Its summer kitchen (sink and plancha) will allow you to spend pleasant evenings.
The accommodation:
The house of 65 m2 composed on the ground floor of a living room with living room, dining room and newly equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with new bedding, walk-in shower room and toilet.
The 25m2 cellar, separated by a narrow alley, is located just opposite the front door of the house. Cross the alley and enter the cellar: beautiful living room (lounge) walk-in shower room and toilet.
In the garden (25 m2): summer kitchen with sink and plancha.

Bed and bathroom linen are not provided.

Ars en Ré is a charming Village classified among the most beautiful villages in France. We like to go for a stroll in the market in the morning and take the children for a ride on the Donin merry-go-round, have a coffee at the Frères de la côte facing the ocean, get on a bike to go for a ride to the salt marshes, enjoy a board of charcuterie at the Sénéchal grocery store or a Martinière waffle at the foot of the Phare des baleines. Our bikes take us to the beautiful wild beaches of Les Portes or on the pretty road between La Couarde and St Martin to go and taste oysters... In short, it is good to live on the island
