In the heart of the village of Ars en Re, in a very quiet alleyway located between the port and the church square, our charming old house was completely restored in 2020 and decorated with care.
The highlight: the wine cellar with stone walls, a cathedral ceiling in wood, a concrete floor, and a large bay window that opens onto the garden. Its summer kitchen (sink and griddle) will allow you to spend pleasant evenings.
The accommodation:
The 65 m2 house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with lounge, dining room, and a brand-new fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with new bedding, walk-in shower, and toilet. The 25m² outbuilding, separated by a narrow alley, is located directly opposite the main entrance. Cross the alley and enter the outbuilding: a lovely living area (lounge), walk-in shower, and toilet. In the garden (25m²): a summer kitchen with a sink and griddle. Not shown in these photos but available: parasol, garden table and chairs, deck chairs... Note: the upper bunk is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Registration number: 17019 000046 T1

From €175/night in low season to €280/night in high season. Minimum 7-night stay during the Easter, All Saints', and Christmas school holidays, and from June to September. The rest of the year, a minimum 3-night stay is required. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and not included (€70). Bed linen and towels are not provided. Kitchen towels and bath mats are provided. Linen can be reserved on the Loclinge website.

Ars en Ré is a charming Village classified among the most beautiful villages in France. We like to go for a stroll in the market in the morning and take the children for a ride on the Donin merry-go-round, have a coffee at the Frères de la côte facing the ocean, get on a bike to go for a ride to the salt marshes, enjoy a board of charcuterie at the Sénéchal grocery store or a Martinière waffle at the foot of the Phare des baleines. Our bikes take us to the beautiful wild beaches of Les Portes or on the pretty road between La Couarde and St Martin to go and taste oysters... In short, it is good to live on the island
