Located in the heart of the village of Ars en Ré, in a pretty, flower-filled alleyway, this charming and typical Île de Ré house, renovated in 2016, can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It is close to all amenities: bike rentals, restaurants, and shops, offering a perfect setting for your holiday!

LA VENELLE offers, on the ground floor:
- An entrance leading to a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, "convivial and family-friendly" thanks to its central island table;
- A lovely, cozy lounge area with a fireplace facing the terrace with French doors; - A charming little courtyard for your summer dinners outdoors. - Upstairs, you will find: - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (high-quality bedding) and a magnificent view of the Ars bell tower; - A bedroom with a sofa, a bunk bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds (high-quality bedding); - A bathroom (shower and toilet) with dual access from the master bedroom and the hallway; - A laundry room with a washing machine. Practical information: You can park your bicycles in the alleyway by locking them to the walls of the house, as is customary! The house is non-smoking. Just steps from the Ars-en-Ré bell tower. A 10-minute walk from the beach. Ars-en-Ré is a charming village, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, located a few minutes' walk from the port, La Grange beach, and the salt marshes. The cycle paths starting in Ars-en-Ré invite you to discover the fascinating world of the salt marshes. They also lead you to La Conche beach, the Phare des Baleines lighthouse, or the Îlot des Niges, a nature reserve that shelters a rich biodiversity of plants and animals, where more than 30,000 migratory birds come to rest and feed. Throughout the year, you'll find a bakery, a supermarket, and a local market (open daily in high season near the port). All shops and activities are close to the house. Everything is accessible on foot and by bicycle.
