The House
LA VENELLE offers you, on the ground floor, an entrance to the living room offering you an open "friendly and family" kitchen thanks to its island table in the center of the room, in continuity is the sitting area with in picture this sublime fireplace equipped with a stove for your long winter evenings facing a terrace with a bay window that folds completely in accordion so that the outside merges with your living room and lets the sun in from the end of the morning for the day!
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds that can be brought together with a mezzanine called "The Cabin" that your children will appreciate with two single beds.
The second bedroom has a 160 bed.
A bathroom (shower and toilet) with double access via the master bedroom and the hallway. You will have the pleasure of discovering the bell tower of Ars from your shower as well as when you wake up! A moment of relaxation not to be missed!

Practical side
Stove, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WOOD IS AT YOUR EXPENSE, THE SUPER UA A FEW MINUTES FROM THE HOUSE SELLS WOOD IN LOGS AT 6.99 Euros.
The first fire is free!
The house has wifi, all the baby equipment, garden furniture with parasol, a washing machine and an ironing board.
You can park your bikes in the alley hanging on the walls of Ars as is customary!
Please note that the house does not have a TV to recharge your batteries, what could be better?

For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning IS INCLUDED. LINEN OPTIONAL

Tourist tax not included, to be paid on arrival: 1Euros65 per person over 18 years old and per day.
A deposit check of 1500Euros will also be requested.
