Very pretty new house decorated with care;

The house includes:
- a large living room with wood stove: living room, dining area and fitted kitchen, which opens onto the terrace on the garden side.
The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, sparkling water machine, radio. Pretty dishes and all the utensils for cooking.
The stove allows you to discover the beaches of the Ile de Re in winter and to warm up by the fire!

- a bedroom with a double bed on the garden side
- a bedroom with 2 twin beds on the courtyard side
- a shower room with WC and washing machine
- a hallway with storage

with 2 walled gardens:
- a garden to the West of 101 m2 with terrace, beach hut and plantations
- a courtyard to the East of 70 m2, street side with parking space for cars and bicycles and terrace to have breakfast in the first rays of the sun with plantations

The rental includes bed linen and the beds are made upon your arrival.

If you need towels 8 euros / person will be required.

Our friends the dogs are welcome: 40 euros / week or 10 euros / day

We are here to welcome you and help you during your stay if necessary.

When you book, we will send you our welcome booklet with our advice and a full description of the house.
Upon your arrival, we will give you brochures and maps of the Ile de Ré and share our tips and favorites with you.

High chair for children over 2 years old on request.

Arrival and departure times in low and mid season are flexible.
Long weekend 100 euro / night (April, May, Christmas, public holiday)

Mid season rate: 100 euro / night (minimum 2 nights) or 600 euro / week (June, September)
Low season rate: 80 euro / night (minimum 2 nights) or 550 euro / week (October, November, December, January, February, March, April, except week with public holiday)
Beds are made upon arrival (and included in the price)

Towel rental 8 euro / person
Cleaning fee: 50 euro
Dog fee: 40 euro per week or 10 euro / day
