Very pretty new house, tastefully decorated;

Due to a cancellation, there are 7 days available from August 16th to 23rd: price €1,260 (tourist tax included) €50 cleaning fee

The house includes:
- a large living room with a wood-burning stove: lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen, which opens onto the garden terrace.
The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, sparkling water maker, radio. A lovely kitchen and all the necessary cooking utensils. The wood-burning stove allows you to explore the beaches of Île de Ré in winter and warm up by the fire! - One bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden - One bedroom with two twin beds overlooking the courtyard - A shower room with toilet and washing machine - A hallway with storage - Two walled gardens: - A 101 m² garden to the west with a terrace, beach hut, and plantings - A 70 m² courtyard to the east, facing the street, with parking for a car and bicycle, and a terrace for enjoying breakfast in the early morning, also with plantings. The rental includes bed linens, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Towels are available for an additional €8 per person. Dogs are welcome: €40 per week or €10 per day.

We are here to welcome you and assist you during your stay if needed. Upon booking, we will send you our welcome booklet with our tips and a full description of the house. Upon arrival, we will provide you with brochures, maps of Île de Ré, and share our tips and favorite spots. A high chair for children over 2 years old is available upon request. A travel cot and a baby bath are also available upon request.

High season rate: €1,300/week (July, August) No short-term rentals in high season. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. Arrival and departure times are flexible in low and mid-season. Long weekend: €100/night (April, May, Christmas, public holidays). Mid-season rate: €100/night (minimum 2 nights) or €650/week (June, September). Low season rate: €90/night (minimum 2 nights) or €590/week (October, November, December, January, February, March, April, excluding weeks with public holidays). Beds are made upon arrival (and included in the price). Towel rental: €8/person. Cleaning fee: €50. Dog fee: €40/week or €10/day.
