Welcome to L'Ostrea, a charming holiday home located in Rivedoux-Plage, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, shops, and the market. Nestled in a quiet environment, it offers all the comforts for a stay with family or friends. You will find a spacious and bright living room, with a comfortable lounge for relaxing moments and a dining room perfect for sharing good meals together. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a second with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can easily be pushed together to form a large bed (160x200 cm), according to your preferences. The bathroom is practical and functional, and the toilet is separate for added comfort. The large enclosed garden allows children to play safely while parents relax. The terrace, equipped with an awning, offers a pleasant dining area to enjoy the beautiful days, perfect for your outdoor lunches or dinners.

A private parking space is also at your disposal, and allows you to park several vehicles.

Everything is combined to spend a simple and relaxing vacation with family or friends on the Ile de Re!

The house is not equipped with Wi-Fi internet.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning (see seasonal calendar on the last photo of the ad):
-Low season: 550 Euros/week
- Mid season: 650 Euros/week
- High season: 850 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1000 Euros/week

Rental only by the week.

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros /night/adult person (maximum rate - rate varies according to the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person household linen with beach towels.

The house enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the village of Rivedoux, just 600 meters from the market and shops. You can stroll on foot every morning to buy fresh produce or enjoy a coffee on the terrace.

The South Beach is 300 meters from the house, easily accessible on foot or by bike for sunny days with your feet in the sand.

The cycle paths, located in the immediate vicinity, will allow you to discover the Ile de Ré by bike in complete tranquility: between salt marshes, typical villages and wild beaches, a change of scenery is guaranteed.

This central location offers you the perfect balance between lively village life, preserved nature and proximity to the ocean, for a hassle-free holiday rich in discoveries.
