Ideally located between the beach and shops, this 3-star family home with a garden is perfect for an authentic and relaxing holiday on the Île de Ré. The house comprises an open-plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate WC. Fiber optic Wi-Fi internet access is included. In detail: • 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), adjoining the bathroom • 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), separate from the main part of the house but still an integral part of it (accessed via the veranda, without going outside) • Coffee area with Dolce Gusto machine and separate WC. Linen is provided and included in the price: sheets, towels, bath mat, tea towels, and napkins. The beds are made upon your arrival. Complete equipment for young children: travel cot with a real mattress (possibility of a second bed) and bedding, high chair, changing mat, baby bath, potty, toilet seat adapter, baby bouncer, stroller, and child-friendly tableware. Flat-screen TV with Fransat satellite channels. Tourist information, cycle path maps, board games (UNO, cards, dominoes, etc.) and books are available. The house is accessible to people with disabilities. On request: shower chair, raised chair, walker, and wheelchair suitable for a small to medium-sized person. Four bicycles with locks, helmets, and removable lights are available. A shopping trolley is also available for the market, which is a 5-minute walk away. Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, pans, pots, steamer and complete cookware. A portable Weber barbecue, garden furniture and a large parasol are provided for enjoying the terrace. A beach umbrella is also available. At the rear of the house, you will appreciate a relaxation area with garden furniture, a flower garden, two hanging sun loungers and two classic sun loungers, perfect for reading and relaxing. Pets are accepted with prior agreement from the owner (maximum 2), with a supplement of 40 Euros per pet (per week or per stay if less than one week).
