- 3x9m swimming pool Heated for all-summer enjoyment - Covered patio with sink, griddle, table and chairs - Outdoor shower for rinsing off at the beach and a toilet. - Private but unsecured parking - Rentals by the fortnight only. - End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and costs €180, payable in addition to the rental price. - A cleaning lady comes every week (Friday afternoon) to clean the house; the price is included in the rental price. For comfort and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. For everyone's comfort, we ask that you remain quiet in the evenings to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
