This new single-storey house has everything you need for a pleasant holiday!
Located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the beach and the market; every detail has been thought of to ensure that everyone feels comfortable: layout, decoration, layout and equipment.
The main house consists of a beautiful living room with an open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with a fireplace, all opening onto the garden with a heated swimming pool and summer kitchen.
A second living room will allow you to get away from it all.
Concerning the bedrooms, the house has two sleeping areas:
- the first in the main house: two master suites with shower room and WC, one with a dressing room
- the second, independent in the annex, with two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
For the practical part, it is possible to park up to three vehicles as well as bicycles in complete safety. The rental also has a laundry room.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen.
This house is ideal for spending family holidays. In summer, the living spaces and the exteriors are both separate and open, well defined without affecting the conviviality!
The swimming pool is operational from April to September inclusive.
It is HEATED from May to September inclusive.
It is therefore not heated in April. However, it can be heated on request by adding an extra charge.

As a general rule, arrivals in the accommodation are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and departures from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. For any arrival or departure before 8 a.m. and after 8 p.m., an additional rate is applied:
From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. - 50 Euros
From 10 p.m. to Midnight - 80 Euros
From Midnight to 6 a.m. - 100 Euros
From 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. - 70 Euros
