This new single-storey house has everything you need for a pleasant vacation!
Located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the beach and the market; every detail is thought of so that everyone feels good: layout, decoration, distribution and equipment.
The main house consists of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, a dining room area and a living room area with fireplace, all opening onto the garden with heated swimming pool and summer kitchen.
A second living room will allow you to isolate yourself.
Concerning the bedrooms, the house has two sleeping areas:
- the first in the main house: two master suites with bathroom water and WC, one with dressing room
- the second, independent annex, with two bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
For the practical part, it is possible to park up to three vehicles as well as bicycles in complete safety. The rental also has a laundry room.
On sunny days, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen.
This house is ideal for spending a family vacation. In summer, the living spaces and exteriors are both separate and open, well defined without affecting conviviality!
The swimming pool is operational from April to September inclusive.
It is HEATED from May to September inclusive.
It is therefore not heated in April. However, it can be done on request by adding an additional fee.
