In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped so that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be separated into two single 90x200 beds, shower room and wc
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, dressing room, shower room and wc
- a bedroom with two single 90x200 beds
- a parental suite in the annex with a 160x200 bed, shower room and toilet
- a bathroom and a separate toilet
The living space includes a fireplace with open hearth, a television and wifi internet. The very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and a Godin stove. A scullery with washing machine and dryer.
Outside, you will appreciate the two distinct spaces out of sight. On one side, a magnificent south-facing terrace with aperitif area, garden with trees, deckchairs and 7x3m heated salt pool (from April to September depending on the weather) and secured with electric shutters. On the other side, a bar with barbecue and a summer courtyard to share meals in a friendly atmosphere.
Pets accepted after agreement with the rental company.
You can park your vehicles in front of the villa.

- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.
