The outdoor kitchen, perfectly equipped, invites you to share grilled meats and good seasonal dishes in a friendly atmosphere around a large outdoor table. A real asset for outdoor dining in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.

-Low season: 1,875 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,475 Euros/week
- High season: 3,875 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,875 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros /night/adult (maximum rate - variable rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Linen rental optional extra:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person household linen with pool towels.
