Upstairs, a landing bathed in light, equipped with a television corner, offers an additional space conducive to relaxation or reading.

Outside, you will enjoy a garden with terrace, arranged to live fully the sunny days.

The garden lends itself to the sweetness of summer days, between lazing on the deckchairs, swimming in the heated pool with mobile bottom and shared meals on the terrace. An exterior designed to take full advantage of the beautiful days and the long retaises evenings.

Weekly end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: €1,850/week (without swimming pool)
- Mid season: €2,350/week (pool from April to October depending on the weather)
- High season: €3,850/week (with swimming pool)
- Very high season: €4,750/week (with swimming pool)

Rental for a weekend outside of school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning and linen
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning and linen
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding housekeeping and linen

Tourist tax extra : €4.51/night/adult (maximum rate varies depending on the number of nights and the number of travelers)
Administrative fees not included: €55
Optional linen rental extra:
- €38/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- €48/person house linen with pool towels.

Optional service: intermediate households on request

A cancellation insurance is offered at the rate of 5% of the rent amount, covering unforeseen events. The schedule detailing cancellation conditions and refund terms can be provided on request.

The shops and the market of Bois-Plage, 1.8 km away, are also easily accessible, especially by bike, to enjoy every morning fresh products and animation of the village.
