We are very happy to offer you our vacation home for rental.

First of all, know that we love our house and that we do and will always do everything possible to ensure that our tenants are delighted with their stay!

This is also why we decided to rent it ourselves, directly without going through an agency, so that we can get to know our tenants and only have good surprises...

Sardines - its name - is located in a very quiet street in Le Bois, on the sea side: we are 10 minutes walk from Gollandieres beach, and 5 minutes walk from the center and therefore of the market. Ideal location, but I insist, very very quiet house, which seems to us to be very important when it comes to a holiday home.

It is a recent house, which was built in 2010, which was "revamped" in 2016, and in a perfectly restored style, namely on one level, and with the charm of tiles and green shutters.

The garden, perfectly flat and equipped with an outdoor kitchen with plancha, table for 12 people and fridge, has a heated and secure swimming pool with curtain and fence, which is essential for families with non-swimming children. We also provide you with garden furniture on the terrace with parasol, and a ping-pong table.

The house is made up of two parts: the first part, the main house, includes a large living room, an open kitchen, a laundry area, three bedrooms: 2 with 2 single beds sharing a shower room, and the master suite, i.e. bedroom with double bed and its shower room accessible from the bedroom.

The second, called the annex, consists of a living room with sofa, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (possibility of converting this bed into two single beds as they are two twin beds). The sofa in the annex is convertible, which would bring the number of beds to 12 but we prefer to stay in a house for 10 people, which seems to us to correspond better to what the house really is for a family looking for maximum comfort .

Additional information:

Indispensable for a good holiday: the beds are prepared before your arrival. The end of stay cleaning (and of middle stay in case of rent over several weeks) is also planned .

The prices will be communicated to you on demand and vary of course according to the period.

Possibility to rent the house in small version (ie main house without annex) for the maximum of 6 people, but only out of July and August, price on request.

The house is located at Bois Plage en Re, in the center of the island. It is a town that is ideally placed for a family who would like to enjoy the island of Re as a whole: you will find among the most beautiful beaches of the island (not to say the most beautiful but do not be pretentious ...), the unmissable market, but you can also visit and enjoy the rest of the island very easily, given the central position of the village.

If you want to spend holidays on foot or by bike it is the ideal village ... For example, the ports of St Martin and the Fleet are less than 5 km from the bike paths, that of Ars is less than 10km.

We have a large family where everyone lives at his own pace between adults, teenagers and children. Le Bois allows us to meet all together while giving everyone the opportunity to live the island of Re in his own way. We now know very well Wood and all sporting activities or other that can be found, so do not hesitate to ask us for help to organize your holidays.
