We are renting our house on L’Île de Ré, classified as a "4-star furnished tourist accommodation," located in the village of La Flotte.

This modern villa (built in 2015) spans 120m² and features three large master suites, each with its own shower. There is one bedroom with a 160cm double bed on the ground floor, and two bedrooms upstairs, each with two 80cm separable beds.

The kitchen is equipped with an American-style refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a wine cellar, and a washer-dryer. There is a parking space that accommodates one car and includes a charging station.

The heated pool measures 7m by 2.5m and is secured with an electric cover (heated to 27°C from April to September).

There are TVs in the living room and in one bedroom. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet for very high-speed connectivity and has WiFi coverage throughout the house, including the exterior.

The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs, a parasol, a dining table, and an electric grill.
