Come and stay in our charming house renovated in 2024, with its unique view facing the sea. An ideal place to recharge your batteries far from the frenzy of the high season.

Around the house, a large garden of 1400 m2 to relax while listening to the sound of the waves and observing the stars and the lights of Oleron, opposite.
The center of the village is a 10-minute walk away, with the Place de La Noue and its market every day.
The accommodation
Family house of 71 m2 on one level, very bright, facing South, East, West, surrounded by wooden terraces. The house is very quiet (surrounded by fields, few houses in the neighborhood, little-used path, ). The garden is fully fenced, secure and accessible from a gate, for parking. A gate at the end of the garden provides quicker access to the sea.

The house is fully equipped: fast WiFi (fiber), oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, steamer, washing machine, dryer, etc.
Large closets in the bedrooms and entrance.

Bedroom 1: Tempur bed 160x200 - East/West exposure
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 80x190 which can be joined together to form a large bed 160x190 - East exposure

In the garden, large dining table, parasol, deckchairs, swing, etc.

Equipment for children is available on request: travel cot, baby bath, changing mat, games, high chair (old and not secure - not suitable for a very small baby without supervision).

The house is located 1 km from the center of the village, La Noue is a charming, quiet, family village, relatively preserved from intensive tourism. Walk and ride every morning in high season and during school holidays. Newspapers, tobacconist, 3 restaurants/cafes, takeaway pizzas, fishmonger, dairy/butcher, bicycle rentals.
