Come and recharge your batteries by staying with family or friends in this pleasant house full of charm with its dry stone walls, ideally located a stone's throw from Place Antioche in Sainte-Marie-de-Re! You will appreciate the refinement of its decoration and the quality and comfort of the equipment.

Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality.

The sleeping area upstairs includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a 140x200 double bed, and one bedroom with a 140x200 double bed and a 90x200 single bed.

The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The house is connected to the fiber.

Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful courtyard landscaped with taste. A sofa and armchairs are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and an electric plancha for lunch and dinner outside.

You can park your vehicle in the adjacent streets.

Weekly rental, end of stay cleaning included:
- Low season: 675 Euros/week
- Mid season: 875 Euros/week
- High season: 1,275 Euros/week
- Very high season: 1,525 Euros/week

Rental for a week -end (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

- Tax extra stay: 1.65 Euros/night/major person
- Administration fees: 49 Euros
- Optional linen rental in addition: 32 Euros/person including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds are made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.
