Located on the church square in Sainte-Marie and along the bike path, quiet and 5 minutes walk from the beach, the house can accommodate 4 people.
It has a large room on the ground floor, with a kitchen open to central island and dining room. Benefiting from a roof partly "workshop bay", this piece of a high ceiling is very bright .
Comfortable living room: sofa, armchairs, coffee table, desk, decorative fireplace and antique mirror, china objects .
Upstairs : Sleeps 4 and the shower room
- bedroom 1 (church view): open on landing with 2 beds (1 pull-out bed that can give 2 single beds or 1 double bed when open). Library, some games for children. Dresser for storage .
- bedroom 2 (view on the roofs and for the more informed, the island of Aix in the distance!): Accessible by the bathroom, double bed in height (1,5m) accessible by stepladder expected for this purpose. This room is not suitable for children (no barrier in bed), convenient for storage .
- shower room: large shower (90x90cm), sink and mirror, storage below, toilet .

No garden. But possibility of having two small chairs and side table in front of the large door that opens on a dead end, to enjoy the last rays of sun!

Downstairs room / Open kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine .
Dishes and all kitchen utensils .
Iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner .

Bed and bath linen provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Free Wifi Bluetooth Speaker The stone staircase can be equipped with a safety net if children are present. Free parking on the church square or 300m away.

The shops and the daily market of the Antioch Square are 5 minutes walk (cafe-terrace, bakery, butcher's shop , tobacconist, hairdresser, spa, laundry, post office, etc.)
Two rental companies and the tourist office are also Antioch Square .

The Re-bus station "Paradise" is 10 minutes walk from the House.
The Re-bus serves all the villages of the island and La Rochelle station.
