Welcome to Chai Claudette, an old charming winery meticulously renovated to offer you modern comfort while retaining its authentic character. Located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Flotte, this unique holiday home can accommodate up to 8 people.

You will be seduced by its beautiful living room with exceptional ceiling height, offering a bright and spacious space to relax. The living room is comfortable with a flat screen television, ideal for evenings with family or friends. The open kitchen, fully equipped with a central island and quality appliances, will be a real pleasure for cooking enthusiasts.

Le Chai Claudette has four elegant and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for guaranteeing restful nights in hotel quality bedding . With three modern bathrooms, everyone will be able to enjoy their space and privacy. Among the four bedrooms, you will have two master suites equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), one of which is on the ground floor, and one upstairs enjoying a view overlooking the living space. The parental suites are equipped, for one, with a double bed (160x200 cm), and, for the other, with two single beds (80x200 cm) which can be joined into a double bed (160x200 cm). Two other bedrooms upstairs are equipped, one with two bunk beds (90x190 cm) and the other with two single beds (80x200 cm) which can be joined into a double bed (160x200 cm).

Outside, the heated square swimming pool (from April to September depending on the weather) with movable floor is ideal for swimming and for adjusting the depth according to your desires, in a paddling pool for the little ones or in a deeper pool (1, 60 meter) for older children. The enclosed garden with trees offers a peaceful and secure environment for children. The garden furniture and deckchairs are perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in the sun.

You can park your vehicle in the Clos Biret car park located 200 meters from the winery (paid parking in season - around 50 euros/week) .

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning (see seasonal calendar on the last photo of the ad):
-Low season: 1,850 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,450 Euros/week
- High season: 3,850 Euros/week
- Very high season: 4,750 Euros/week

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the price of the week excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the price of the week excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros /night/adult (maximum rate varies according to the length of the stay and the number of vacationers)
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Linen rental optional extra:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Pool towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person household linen with pool towels.
