Let yourself be seduced by the charm of the full-height living room opening onto the garden enclosed by dry stone walls. Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen, and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality. The villa is also equipped with a laundry room with a washing machine. The sleeping area includes four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a bathtub and shower. Three bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 double beds, and one bedroom has two 80x200 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. One bedroom with a shower room is located on the ground floor and the other three are upstairs. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden with a 4.5 x 2.5 meter swimming pool secured with an electric roller shutter and heated according to the weather. Deckchairs are available for you to relax on, as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside. You can park your vehicle in a parking space in a private parking lot located approximately 500 meters from the villa.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,875 Euros/week
- Mid-season: 2,475 Euros/week
- High season: 3,875 Euros/week
- Peak season: 4,775 Euros/week

Weekend rental (minimum 3 nights):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Optional linen rental not included:
- 38 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. Pool/beach towels not provided. - €48 per person including linens and pool towels. Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
