You will enjoy a very bright living room with a view of the swimming pool, a beautiful lounge area and an open kitchen with its central island and its access to the pretty landscaped patio inviting you to share moments of conviviality.

The kitchen is very well equipped and extends with a laundry room.

This same level distributes a beautiful master suite with dressing room, bathroom and toilet.

Upstairs, three other bedrooms are at your disposal including a master suite with shower room, a separate shower room and a toilet. You will appreciate the high ceilings in each room and the quality equipment (mattresses, bathroom).

Outside, a large terrace offers a glimpse of sweet moments of idleness comfortably installed by the heated 6.5mx3m swimming pool ( from April to October depending on the weather) or around a meal under the summer courtyard.
