Close, on foot or by bike, to all shops (supermarket, markets, newsagent, bars, restaurants, bakeries, hairdressers, beauty salon, bike rentals, pharmacy, tourist office, thalassotherapy ...), wild or supervised beaches, cycle paths, allowing a nature stay in all seasons. Ideally located to discover the island and its other villages, or even for a getaway to La Rochelle (culture, port, alleys - shops, aquarium ...), Chatelaillon, islands of Aix and Oleron, Fouras or even Rochefort, La Palmyre, Brouage, Mornac-sur-Seudre ...
The house:
Recently renovated, it offers all the comforts: equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, vitro hob, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, ..), dining area, living room (TV, blu-ray player, mini hifi, games, books ...), garden bistro table to sit in the sun of the facade or on a balcony, separate toilets. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (A: 160x200 bed / B: 2 80x200 beds that can be twinned into 160x200) or up to 4 people, its mezzanine can accommodate a 5th person (90x190 bed), "umbrella" baby bed with 120x60 comfort mattress available (For babies, bed linen and blanket / duvet are to be provided (parents prefer this solution), shower room with toilet.
Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
Free wifi access (fiber) TV.
Free public parking: a few spaces in front of the house, 30 spaces at 50m, 60 spaces at 200m.
Non-smoking.
Our canine friends can be received under conditions (contact us).
The house is not suitable for nuisance parties, they are not authorized.
Access by car, by train (La Rochelle bus - stop 15 minutes away), La Rochelle - Ile de Re Airport is 15 minutes away by car.

•from 10/2/24 to 10/3/24, from 6/4/24 to 28/6/24, from 7/9/24 to 11/11/24, 21/12/24 to 6/ 1/25: 119Euros (Minimum 3 nights)
•29/6/24 to 6/9/24: 165Euros (Minimum 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday).
Household linen is included for the number of travelers (sheet, cover duvet, pillowcase, towels).
Fees (option):
- 5th person: 20Euros / stay
- dog: 30Euros / stay (under conditions)
Cleaning is provided between each stay, the house must be returned clean and functional (inventory).
Reservation via the in contact with this site (email) and for 30% of the amount, balance of the stay to be paid > 7 days before arrival.
Deposit of 500Euros by check on arrival returned to the inventory at the end of the stay.
Taxes of stay per adult person and per day (1.65Euros) in addition.
