Class 3 tourist furniture in the heart of the village of La Noue, close to the market and shops (5 on foot) in a very quiet street and 300m from the sea. You will have all the comforts for a pleasant family stay or with friends .
2 bedrooms with double bed (160), each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and wc.
A living room with American kitchen between the bedrooms.

All the rooms overlook a garden and a south-facing terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, combined oven, induction hob, extractor and washing machine.
Terrace area with table and chairs and plancha and garden area with garden furniture. Parasol and deck chairs.

The rental is on the same land as our house (owner) and we share the private parking lot.

Our house is located in the center of the village of La Noue (Ste Marie), on a large plot on which the cottage Les Petites Terres is located. 5 minutes walk from the small Place des Tilleuls with its shops, market and restaurants. The sea is also 5 minutes away on foot and the large beaches are accessible by bike. The village of La Noue remains a very quiet village even during the high tourist season which makes it all its charm.

The private parking is common to the 2 houses (the cottage and the main house), it can accommodate 4 cars. Access to the car park is shared but then each house has its own independent access and they are not overlooked.
