Welcome to Clos Gustav, a new architect-designed villa of high standard, hidden in the heart of the village of La Flotte en Re.
Never rented, it will delight vacationers looking for an experience of rest and great comfort.
Oriented due south and sunny all day long, Clos Gustav is located a stone's throw from the shops of La Croix Michaux and the Center (650 m), very close to Arnerault beach (600m) and the port of La Flotte in Re (700m).
Quietly, the villa can accommodate 6 to 8 people with on the ground floor 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 and 180) with shower rooms, flat screen TV and toilets and upstairs 1 bedroom (double bed 180) and 1 bedroom ( 2 single beds 90) with a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
The living area opens onto two terraces (large teak dining table for 12 people and garden furniture), the swimming pool (teak deckchairs), and the garden with trees (500 m2) and includes an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, steam oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker), a scullery (shelves, wine cellar, washing machine and dryer, iron, etc.), a dining room and a living room with fireplace (flat screen TV).
The swimming pool is heated from the end of April to the end of September and is secured by a roller shutter.
The beds are made upon your arrival, linen is provided (with the exception of pool and beach towels), possibility of childcare equipment BB bed, high chair and bathtub and Unlimited Wifi.
The villa is non-smoking and does not accept animals.

Due to the high standard of services at Clos Gustav, we will ask you to take the greatest care with the furniture, objects and new equipment.

Le Clos Gustav is located a stone's throw from the shops of La Croix Michaux (500 m), the Center of La Flotte en Re and its medieval market (650 m), near the Arnerault beach (600 m) and the port (700m).
You will stay 4 km from Saint Martin en Re, 23 km from La Rochelle train station (bus connection “Les Mouettes” 30 minutes) and 14 km from “La Rochelle-Ile de Re” airport. (bus connection "les Mouettes" 15 min).
Possibility of mooring rental.
Nautical Base, sailing school less than 900 m away.
Golf de la Pree (La Rochelle) located approximately 25 minutes from the Fleet.
You will stay at 23 km from La Rochelle train station (30 minute bus connection) and 14 km from La Rochelle-Ile de Re airport (15 min bus connection).
