The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, plate warmer, dishwasher. crockery, refrigerator. A scullery with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer.

Outside, you will enjoy a magnificent south-facing terrace, a roller shade sail, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, plancha, ping-pong table.

You can park your vehicles within the grounds of the villa.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 2,100 Euros/week
- Mid-season: 2,700 Euros/week
- High season: 4,000 Euros/week

Weekend rental (minimum 3 nights):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax not included: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Booking fee not included: 55 Euros
Optional linen rental not included:
- 38 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two bath towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 48 Euros/person including linens and pool towels.

Cancellation insurance is available at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen circumstances. A detailed schedule outlining the cancellation policy and refund procedures is available upon request.
