The Villa du Marche is a pleasant villa to live in, made up of a large living room with two lounge areas, a dining room and a large, perfectly equipped kitchen. You will also have a scullery with a second fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.

The sleeping area can accommodate 10 travelers. It includes five bedrooms including three master suites, each with a bathroom. Five bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200, three of which can be separated into two single beds). An independent bathroom is also at your disposal.

Outside, a magnificent terrace invites you to relax quietly by the pool on the deckchairs, or around a meal under the parasol. The swimming pool is secure and heated from April to October (depending on weather).

You can park two vehicles free of charge in a private car park located near the house.

In this house combining the charm of stone and contemporary furniture, you will find five bedrooms with 160x200 beds (including three double beds that can be separated into two single beds), 4 shower rooms, 3 toilets, television, internet, wifi, 5x2.5m swimming pool secured with electric roller shutter heated from April to October (depending on the weather).

The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. A scullery with refrigerator-freezer, washing machine, dryer.

Outside, a pretty terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals and electric plancha.

You can park your vehicle in two parking spaces near the house.

End of stay house cleaning included

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Mid season: 2,950 Euros/week
- High season: 4,700 Euros/week
- Very high season: 5,900 Euros/week

Weekend rental outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the weekly price excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the weekly price excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 2.53 Euros/night/adult
Additional administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition:
- 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, two hand towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Pool/beach towels not provided.
- 45 Euros/person linen with pool towels.

Cancellation insurance is offered at a rate of 3.6% of the rental amount, covering unforeseen events. The schedule detailing the cancellation conditions and refund terms can be provided upon request.

The Villa du Marche is located in the heart of the village just behind the market, out of sight behind high dry stone walls and with a view of the surrounding nature from the upper floor...a haven of peace!

It is close shops, and only 250 meters from the port and 500 meters from Arnerault beach.

You easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
