Ideally located, you can get around on foot or by bike. throughout the duration of your stay. The charm of the port, the medieval market and the shops (La Martiniere glacier) is 5 minutes away by bike, and Saint Martin is 2.5 km away.

In the property you will be seduced by the beautiful amenities: sunny garden, terrace, courtyard, heated swimming pool (from mid April to the end of September) and secure (roller shutter) and indoor spa heated all year round.

Catherine will welcome you at the villa between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure will be before 10 a.m.

From 1400 to 5500 € per week / Minimum 4 nights

Rental from Sunday to Sunday from June to September and during school holidays, ie 7 nights minimum.

4 nights: 75% of the price of the week (excluding fixed cleaning package at 150Euros)

- Insurance: you must contract, with your insurance company, a multi-risk insurance to protect you against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
- A deposit of 30% is requested upon reservation.
- The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival
- Security deposit: we ask you for a security deposit of 2300 Euros as soon as the reservation is validated by a deposit check signed to the order of the lessor. We will return it to you no later than 1 week after your departure.
