Come and spend a wonderful holiday in our magnificent, recently built, single-story house of 180m², offering complete privacy and located in the quiet, wooded area of the La Flotte nature reserve. Ideally situated, you can easily get around on foot or by bicycle throughout your stay. The charming port, medieval market, and shops (including the La Martinière ice cream parlor) are a 5-minute bike ride away, and Saint Martin is 2.5km away. Inside the property, you'll be captivated by the excellent amenities: a sunny garden, terrace, covered patio, a 7 x 4 meter heated swimming pool (open from mid-April to the end of September) with a safety cover, and an indoor spa heated year-round.

The main house comprises:
- a spacious 44m2 living room with fireplace and large sliding glass doors opening onto the south-east facing terrace and swimming pool,
- a separate kitchen,
- 3 bedrooms (including a 27m2 master suite with shower, bathtub and separate toilet),
- a mezzanine converted into a games room,
- a bathroom,
- two separate toilets,
- a double garage for vehicles and bicycles and two parking spaces in front of the house,
- an indoor spa with shower room and toilet

An independent annex located in the garden comprises:
- 2 bedrooms,

5 nights: 85% of the price of the week (excluding fixed cleaning package at 150Euros)
6 nights = At the price of the full week

- Insurance: you must contract, with your insurance company, a multi-risk insurance to protect you against all rental risks (breakage, water damage, fire for example)
- A deposit of 30% is requested upon reservation.
- The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival
- Security deposit: we ask you for a security deposit of 2300 Euros as soon as the reservation is validated by a deposit check signed to the order of the lessor. We will return it to you no later than 1 week after your departure.
