Concerning the night areas, the ground floor offers a large master suite of 44m2 including dressing room, bathroom and WC as well as a bedroom with its shower room; both directly overlooking the swimming corridor.

The landing on the first floor leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a landing bedroom with single beds and a shower room.

A fifth bedroom is independent in the annex.

The exteriors are divided into several parts:

- the south side will be profitable at all times with its terrace with summer kitchen

- the heated swimming corridor is located independently on the west side

- the north garden is nicely landscaped with a terrace and a green

For the practical side, the house has a laundry room, a parking space for bicycles and a parking space for the car.
All the rooms in the house are air-conditioned.

From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. - 50 Euros
From 10 p.m. to Midnight - 80 Euros
From Midnight to 6 a.m. - 100 Euros
From 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. - 70 Euros
