Located at the corner of Impasse des Amourettes, it took us 2 years to renovate this old house into a cozy vacation spot.

At 5 minutes walking distance from the center, the house is situated in one of the quietest areas of Le Bois Plage. Houses closer to the seaside are typicallly more noisy in the summer. A rooster vocalizing in the distance in the morning or our neighbour's cat walking on the roof on his journey home are the only 2 noises we hope you will actually enjoy during your vacation at our place.

For the sunset or (a sundowner in pure South African tradition) the terrace of our small studio at rooftop level will delight the most demanding.

3 of our 5 bedrooms have their own private courtyard/space allowing you to live with your family while having your own little quiet corner.

Private parking for 2 vehicles.

The owner being allergic: no dogs, no cats, no smokers in the house to be respected at the letter.

The house is equipped with 2 fridges, 2 TVs, fiber optics internet with wifi or cable connection, air conditioning, plancha.

The rate includes the rental of sheets, linen and a full cleaning service at the end of your stay. Minimum stay of 2 weeks in July and August.

Warning: in order to avoid that your future holidays on the Ile de Re from turning into a nightmare, be aware of the following. Over the last years (mainly on upper class villas) there has been a sharp increase of scams called: deposit fraud. Malicious individuals publish a copy of our ad and attract you with a lower price, they pocket your deposit and you end up on the island with your family without a vacation spot.

As far as we are concerned, to combat this as best as possible, please note that our property is posted exclusively on Ile de Re Loc and that you will be in direct contact with myself/the owner.

Can't say more than : a pretty cool location : shops 5 min walk , 2 min by bike. You are 500m away from the fields and the large bicycle path allowing you to bike around the island is 2 min away.
