La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers this new villa with a heated swimming pool and 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Rated 4 stars, it is available as furnished tourist accommodation. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of La Flotte, shops, and the beach. The villa is comfortable and features a bright living/dining room with large bay windows opening onto the terrace and swimming pool. Parking is available on the property for two vehicles, with a fast electric vehicle charging station. GROUND FLOOR: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x200 cm) and an en-suite shower room. Separate WC. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160x200 cm), and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 Room 4 (Master) consists of two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160x200cm), with a private shower room. It also includes a separate toilet, a Nespresso coffee machine, and fans. All rooms are equipped with fans. The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th. Our pool heat pumps are programmed to maintain a temperature of 28°C. The actual water temperature in our swimming pools is also affected by the climate: warm weather increases the water temperature, and cold weather decreases it. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! Île de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything is accessible by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island, which is 30 kilometers long. Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing tips and advice for discovering Île de Ré in the best possible conditions! INCLUDED SERVICES: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linen rental and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
