Charming, fully independent room in the heart of La Flotte – Ideal for a peaceful and cozy stay.

300m from the seafront, the beach, the town center, and the medieval market.

You are a 5-minute walk from all amenities (medieval market, mini-market, restaurants, small shops, and bike rentals).

The studio includes a double bed (140x190cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped (all cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery) as well as a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and kettle.

For obvious hygiene reasons, there are no consumables in the studio (salt, pepper, oil, sponges, dish towels, etc.).

The TV is a smart TV. You can therefore connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other accounts. You have access to Fransat satellite channels on the TV. A dedicated Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic) is available in the apartment. You will also have access to a shared laundry area for my three apartments, where you will find a washing machine and dryer for your use. If you wish to rent bicycles, I can recommend a rental company I have a partnership with, which will give you a 10% discount. The street has about forty free parking spaces. There are also large parking lots (paid in the summer) near the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
