Charming studio tastefully renovated in the heart of the city center of La Flotte near the church.

300m from the seafront, the beach, the town center and the medieval market.

You are 5 minutes walk from all amenities (medieval market, supermarket, restaurants, small shops and bike rentals).

The studio includes a large 140x190 bed, a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped (all the cooking essentials, dishes and cutlery) as well as a hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a filter coffee maker and a kettle.

For obvious hygiene reasons, there are no consumables in the studio (salt, pepper, oil, sponges, tea towels, etc.)

The TV is a smart TV. You can therefore connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts.
You have access to Fransat satellite channels on the TV.

A dedicated Wi-Fi connection is available in the accommodation (Fiber).

You will also have access to a common area for my 3 apartments where there is a washing machine and dryer with free access.

If you want to rent bikes, I will tell you about a rental company with whom I have a partnership and who will give you a 10% discount.

The street has about forty free parking spaces. You also have large car parks (paid in summer) near the apartment.
