Welcome to this 32 m² apartment, located on Rue Volcy Fevre in La Flotte (17630), in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. This tastefully renovated ground-floor studio offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. Just 300 meters from the seafront, the beach, the town center, and the medieval market, it is ideally located to enjoy the charms of Île de Ré.

An intimate and functional setting
The studio features a mezzanine bedroom, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. It includes: A large double bed for optimal comfort; a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet; a fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, and dishwasher, ideal for homemade meals; additional amenities and services: Smart TV with Fransat satellite channels; high-speed Wi-Fi connection with fiber optics for a connected and enjoyable stay; as a bed and breakfast, bed linen and towels are provided; two secure bicycle parking spaces available in the building's entrance hall for your cycling needs; convenient amenities within easy reach. The apartment also has a shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, freely accessible to tenants of the three apartments in the building. Parking and Getting around: Enjoy 40 free parking spaces directly on the street. In addition, large and accessible car parks are located nearby, with paid options available during peak season.
