Charming, fully independent room in the heart of La Flotte – Ideal for a quiet and cozy stay

Charming, tastefully renovated studio in the heart of La Flotte town center near the church.

300m from the seafront, the beach, the town center and the medieval market.

You are a 5-minute walk from all amenities (medieval market, supermarket, restaurants, small shops and bike rentals).

The studio includes a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped (all cooking essentials, dishes and cutlery) as well as a hob, a microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a filter coffee maker and a kettle.

For obvious hygiene reasons, there are no consumables in the studio (salt, pepper, oil, sponges, tea towels, etc.)

The TV is a smart TV. You can therefore connect your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other accounts.
You have access to Fransat satellite channels on the TV.

A dedicated Wi-Fi connection is available in the accommodation (approximately 20 Mbps speed).

You will also have access to a common area for my 3 apartments where there is a washing machine and dryer for free access.

If you want to rent bikes, I will direct you to a rental company with whom I have a partnership and who will give you a 10% discount.

The street has about forty free parking spaces. You also have large parking lots (paid in summer) near the apartment.
