Security deposit: €3000. 2026 weekly rates: - Easter holidays (April 4th to May 3rd): €2200 - May and June (May 4th to July 4th): €2300 to €2500 - Summer holidays (July 4th to August 30th): €3750 to €3950 - September and October (August 30th to October 17th): €2000 to €2500. In addition, the applicable tourist tax and end-of-stay cleaning are charged. Upon request, a quote for complete linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens) with beds made upon arrival is available. Upon arrival, additional items will be provided in the house upon your arrival (toilet paper, sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, cleaning products and utensils). We also offer additional concierge services during your stay: bicycle rental, mid-stay cleaning, shopping, activities, babysitting, leisure activities, sports and culture, etc., upon request. A welcome booklet is available in the house, as well as tourist brochures (maps and cycling routes, events, etc.). Pets are not allowed. The house is non-smoking; ashtrays are available outside.
