The main house is very well insulated between the upper floor and the ground floor: no noise disturbance between floors.


Garden/Courtyard: Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol in the garden. Large table and chairs for outdoor dining in the courtyard.

Available: pétanque balls, Molkky, wooden rackets...

Annex at the back of the garden: A large bedroom with two 90cm beds. Separate shower/sink and toilet.

Large covered area at the back of the garden: for drying your towels or storing your bicycles.


Note: all the 90cm beds are identical and can therefore be converted into 180cm double beds.

SUMMER 2026: THIS HOUSE IS AVAILABLE FOR FORTNIGHTLY RENTAL ONLY, FROM JULY 25TH TO AUGUST 8TH. Price per fortnight: €9,400 including taxes AND cleaning. Tea towels/tablecloths provided. Basic household supplies (kitchen, cleaning products, etc.) available. Bed linen is available for rent; it's very simple via loclinge.com. Upon arrival, your linen order will be delivered in Loclinge bags at a time that suits you. Collection: Upon departure, simply place the dirty linen in the bag on the street, and Loclinge will collect it at the chosen time.

In the village, numerous sports activities are available: tennis and paddle tennis clubs, kids' club, sailing clubs.
For your older teenagers, the only nightclub on the island, La Pergola, is in La Couarde, but quite a distance from our street, I should point out!
