Beautiful, high-end, single-story villa on a fully walled 530 m² plot with a swimming pool secured by an electric roller shutter. The pool maintenance service is provided once a week. The pool temperature is set to 28 degrees Celsius but may vary slightly depending on the weather and wind. The villa offers 120 m² of living space with an open-plan kitchen and a bright, double living room. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): 160x200 cm bed; Bedroom 2: 140x190 cm bed (new bedding in 2025 - mattress and base); Bedroom 3: 180x200 cm bed which can be separated into two single beds upon request. A travel cot and high chair are available upon request only. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Prices are inclusive of all charges. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the rental. The balance must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival, plus the applicable tourist tax, which we collect for the municipality, and a mandatory departure cleaning fee of €120. A security deposit of €2000 is required by separate, uncashed check made payable to the owner and given to reception. For bookings of foreign tourists, a transfer of €2000 will be required and will be returned by bank transfer within one week of departure. Rates: From January 1, 2026 to May 30, 2026: Not available.
