It comprises a large living area on the ground floor (bar, open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room) opening onto a south-facing courtyard, a laundry room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, the other with a double bed or two single beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower, double sinks, toilet), and a TV lounge (with a sofa bed). An additional space allows you to park your bicycles and store surfboards or windsurfing equipment. The beach and village center are a 2-minute bike ride away.
