The first house offers three bedrooms including a master suite with shower room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom. The second house offers two bedrooms, including a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds.

Weekly rental including end-of-stay cleaning:
- Low season: 1,840 Euros/week
- Mid season: 2,160 Euros/week
- High season: 3,000 Euros/week
- Very high season: 3,600 Euros/week (preferably from Sunday to Sunday)

Rental for a weekend outside school holidays (3 nights minimum):
- 3 nights: 60% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 4 nights: 80% of the rent excluding cleaning
- 5 nights: 90% of the rent excluding cleaning

Tourist tax in addition: 4.51 Euros/night/adult (maximum rate - variable rate depending on the number of travelers and the number of nights)
Administration fees: 50 Euros
Optional linen rental in addition: 35 Euros/person including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases pillowcase, two towels per person, bath mat and kitchen towels. Beds made on arrival. Beach towels not provided.
