The tax of The rental fee, calculated based on the number of adults per day, is paid to the local council. A seasonal rental agreement is signed at the time of booking. An inventory and condition report are completed at the beginning and end of the rental period. You will be welcomed on-site (no key box to encourage a friendly and personalized welcome, in compliance with the health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of your arrival). Everything you need to know about how the house works (lighting, electronic devices, remote controls, waste disposal, etc.) will be explained to ensure you have the best possible stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED (especially for children with allergies). Linens and towels can be provided for a fee covering laundry costs.

The house is situated on a very quiet and airy street, a few minutes from the village center (market and all shops), and the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of Île de Ré. The cycle path is 300m away: 15 minutes by bike to the most charming villages of the island (port of Saint-Martin, port of La Flotte), 25 minutes to Ars. Tennis club, equestrian center, and water sports center nearby. 24 km from La Rochelle (regular bus service between La Rochelle train station and Bois-Plage).
