DESCRIPTIVE:
Large house 5 minutes from the center and Petit Sergent beach, the prettiest beach in Le Bois. Ideal for family and friends, nature lovers and bike rides or on the beach. Advantages of the house: calm with the beach a stone's throw away, the main house with its 3 bedrooms and the small independent 2-bedroom house in the garden. 2 terraces and 1 covered pergola (meals). Regular maintenance of the garden by gardener.
Very well maintained house, the owners, Parisians, coming there regularly.
The single storey house, combines a modern and rustic style, and is located in a private, quiet and wooded area, with parking in front of the house and a wooded area belonging to our condominium. The main house, with its beautiful gray framework and its fireplace, has a large living / dining room and overlooks 2 gardens, each with its own teak terrace. The kitchen that we have just renovated and enlarged opens onto a teak pergola protected from the wind and the sun (with auxiliary heating for cool evenings out of season) and onto the garden. The kitchen extends over 2 rooms with an independent dining area (in addition to the dining room) which overlooks the pergola. Fully modern kitchen equipped with new appliances.

Barbecue and plancha under the pergola.
Winter: electric heating in each room and fireplace.
Additional heating under the pergola for cooler evenings.

Located at Bois Plage, in the center of the island and 5 minutes from the village, the beach or the vineyards. Close to both the market (5 minutes walk, qques mn a bike), the beach (Petit Sergent beach, the prettiest beach of this part of the coast) and departures of bike rides (15 minutes from most beautiful villages of La Couarde, Loix, the Port of Saint Martin, the Port of La Flotte 25 minutes from Ars). Children go to the beach on foot without danger, pleasant bathing without big rolls nor current. . At low tide, great views and steps to the delight of all. Rental of dykes and paddle. Marche du Bois Plage: one of the largest on the island, daily and very lively. Restaurants: one of the best restaurants is at Bois Plage (L'Ocean).
