Ground floor: Living room with open-plan kitchen, bathroom, 1 separate toilet, private south-facing terrace (26 m2)
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds including 1 on the mezzanine, 1 toilet.

Private parking.

In common: Swimming pool (15mx7m) with deckchairs and parasols, heated from April to the end of September, games room (ping pong, table football), bike room.
