Due to the entertainment near the residence during the summer period (from mid-July to mid-August), some evenings can be noisy and disturb the residents' sleep.

From January to the end of March: €600/week; from March 28th to April 4th: €650/week; spring break from April 4th: €775/week; from May 2nd to June 13th: €750/week; from June 13th to June 27th: €900/week; from June 27th to July 4th: €1250/week; from July 4th to August 22nd: €1750/week; from August 22nd to August 29th: €1350/week; from August 29th to September 12th: €750/week; from September 12th to September 26th: €680 euros/week
October to December (excluding school holidays): 600 euros/week
All Saints' Day holidays: 650 euros/week
