The villa is ideally located 50m from the beach, 100m from shops (market) and 300m from the village center.

The villa was completely renovated in early 2025.

Due to the entertainment near the residence during the summer period (from mid-July to mid-August), some evenings can be noisy and disturb the residents' sleep.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) open to the living room.
1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm bunk beds and mezzanine with 1 140 cm bed.

Possibility of renting bed linen and towels on request (prices: contact us).
On site, a concierge manages your stay (arrival between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., departure the following Saturday at 10 a.m.).
