Small villa of 53 m² with 3 bedrooms (one of which is a mezzanine), living room with open-plan kitchen, 28 m² outdoor terrace; located within a residence with heated swimming pool (from April to September), private parking, games room (table football, table tennis) and bicycle storage. The villa is ideally located 50m from the beach, 100m from shops (market) and 300m from the village center. Several bicycle rental shops are located near the residence. Partnership with Beach Bikes (20% discount on bike rentals).

The villa was completely renovated in early 2025.

Non-smoking rental.
No pets allowed.

Due to the entertainment near the residence during the summer period (mid-July to mid-August), some evenings may be noisy and disturb the sleep of residents.

Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) open to the living room.
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm), 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds (80cm), and 1 mezzanine with a double bed (140cm).
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Outdoor terrace with table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, and Weber barbecue.
Wi-Fi access.

Baby equipment (high chair, travel cot, and mattress) available free of charge upon request and subject to availability.
Bed linen and towels can be rented upon request (prices: please contact us).
On-site concierge service manages your stay (arrival on Saturday between 3 pm and 6 pm, departure on Saturday at 10 am).

From January to the end of March: €600/week; from March 28th to April 4th: €650/week; spring break from April 4th: €750/week; from May 2nd to June 13th: €720/week; from June 13th to June 27th: €900/week; from June 27th to July 4th: €1250/week; from July 4th to July 11th: €1600/week; from July 11th to August 22nd: €1750/week; from August 22nd to August 29th: €1350/week; from August 29th to September 12th: €720/week euros/week
from 12/09 to 26/09: 680 euros/week
